Established in 2003, Ballet Digital Technology specializes in the production of over 50 kinds of MP3 players, MP4 players, digital voice recorders, E-book readers, MIDs and speakers. Our brand is called Ballet.
Our 500-square-meter factory houses five semi-automatic production lines manned by 200 staff. Sixty percent of our production is for export and we have a monthly production capacity of 100,000 to 150,000 MP3/MP4 players, 50,000 to 80,000 digital voice recorders, 30,000 to 50,000 E-book readers, 20,000 to 30,000 MIDs and 50,000 to 80,000 speakers. We have 30 material suppliers and we have been working with them for more than five years. Our chipsets are sourced from Japan and South Korea while other auxiliary materials are bought in the domestic market. MOQ is 500 pieces and delivery time is within two weeks.
We have a skilled R&D team composed of 10 engineers who can launch three to five new products each month. They utilize injection molding machines and CNCs from Taiwan and can also design new products based on your specifications. Lead time takes three to four weeks.
Our QC team is composed of 10 staff that has helped our products receive RoHS and REACH approvals. They have also helped us achieve a return rate of only 1-2%. We also provide a two-year warranty for the European market and a one-year warranty for others. Moreover, we also provide 1-2% of the spare parts for repair functions to our customers.
We have been exporting our products since 2006 and 70% of our customers have been repeat buyers for more than four years. Our products are mostly exported to North and South America and West Europe.
